To support our Swim & Surf Program, SeaSisters launched a fair trade product line in
November 2018. Thanks to Martina's dedication, hands-on-mentality and creativity,
our product launch was a full success. Within three months, Martina managed to
establish an island wide network of more than 20 retailers, taking the lead on
acquiring retailers, designing sales materials and managing stock and logistics.
Hereby, Martina created an excellent system to track our products and sales, setting
up the backbone of our sales operations.
Martina has all the qualities you always dreamt about seeing in your colleague: she is structured, critical, creative and autonomus. What I loved about working with her is the way she gets passionate about new projects, her full dedication in supporting you with all her skills, and most of all the smile and fun she puts in everything she does 🙂
